Paul Riendeau of Four Columns Realty has brokered the sale of Bill's Place Country Dining, a popular Athol-Orange area eatery at 217 East Main Street in Orange. Bill Rogers, who ran the restaurant since March of 2006, announced the sale to Equus, Inc., owned by Ill Won Seo and Hee Ju Yoo. While the new owners intend to change the name to Equus Restaurant, they said they would continue to serve the same kind of food, keep similar hours and retain the easygoing comfort that drew customers to Bill's Place from the entire North Quabbin Region. Welcome, Equus - and so long, Bill's Place.
